VS6630 : CRT QA Test Station

Outline

This QA Test station is designed for quality assurance test, production final test, and for R&D centor being used for high accurate CRT characteristic automatic measurement, and visual inspection. The test data transmission function and test history reference function are supported with standard application program. It can be used for CRT Size from 14" --- 36" CPT, SFT, PFT, 16:9W with Dynamic Focus.

The power supply is designed with highly reliable protection circuit, and optical cables are employed for external connection to keep full isolation from peripheral equipment. Computer is protected from spark noise which may occur during testing of the CRTs.

• Fully Digital Computer Control
  
  Fully digital remote control from an external controller via a single optical cable with an RS-232-C interface.
  
  Test Ssequence & test condition are programmbe; More than 30 kinds of test Library are available for copy & paste
  
  The test data can be saved with CRT Serial # or barcode number. The data can be input to EXCEL or EXCESS for detail analysis.
   

• Multiple Sync Support
  
  An internal video signal generator can generate NTSC, PAL, DNTSC and DPAL RGB TV signal.
  
  The system also supports External video signal generator; such as HDTV Signal pattern.
   

• Unlimited Storage of CRT Test Conditions
  
  The different types of setting of voltage & current are stored in Computer hard disk.
  
  The different file name or Code are used to identify the difference in CRT Size, DY type, & different test conditions.
   

• Easy Load & Unloading
  
  The CRT Trolley/tabe can be moved the outside of Helmholtz coils when load/unload the CRT by using Air-balancer
   

• Easy for CRT Model Change
  
  The test condition has been pre-programmed and stored in computer
