The Nitsuki 3671B Video Pattern Generator is latest developed for R&D Center, Panel manufactory, doing Multi Panel Visual Inspection, Aging & Reliability Test of Small TFT Panel, OLED Panel, and Module. This unique features make it's a cost effective solution to OEM manufactory, R&D Center and Test System Integrator for doing visual inspection.

Functions

• Up to 5 Panels can be lighted up & inspected simultaneously
   

• Loop Repeat Display
  
  --- User can define any loop of display. Each group has 6 kind of different pictures display.
  
  --- Time interval between two pattern is programmable from 0.5sec to 2.0 sec.
  
  --- It's useful feature for Aging Test in R&D Center, and Visual inspection in Production line
   

• Powerful Pattern Edit Function
  
  The system comes with 15 kinds of Basic patterns. Such as R, G, B, W, Color Bar, etc.
  
  To use "User Pattern Dialog" program, user is able to customaries his own special pattern
  
  Any Picture can be edit and down load into this Pattern Generator through RS-232 Port
   

• Real Time Current & Voltage Monitoring
  
  The power supply current of individual test Panel is monitored, and it will alarm if current is over the limit.
  
  All 5 channels' current are being monitored simultaneously.
   

• TFT Model Edit Function
  
  The sequence of Power On, Power Off, Initialization, Pattern Head, etc are programmable.
  
  It brings the user great flexibility to run different model in same machine with short model change over & preparation time.
